Seminar March 24 11am: Attracting Birds, Bees and Butterflies to your Garden

Would you like to attract butterflies or bees or birds to your garden?  If so, come to our seminar on Saturday, March 24 at 11am.  You’ll not only hear how to attract these beasties to your garden but also best gardening techniques for keeping them there.  Debi Tidd will be the presenter and she has over 25 years of experience teaching sustainable landscaping and environmental education in the Bay Area. Debi is associated with the Bay Friendly Coalition, she was Education Director for the Gardens at Heather Farm for over 10 years, and has taught classes on soils, native plants, pest management and sustainable landscaping techniques through the College of Marin and Strybing Arboretum. She is currently a consultant for the Our Water Our World Program and works with Westbrae and other nurseries to train staff and customers on less-toxic pest management.

Hope to see you!
