Specialty - LEGO Engineering Fun

Take a "crash course" in Demolition Derby, enter the Sumo Wrestling Competition, or design a Mighty Metropolis. Campers will explore concepts in physics, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, and architecture while playing with their favorite LEGOTM creations. Children
will be given instruction, design challenges, and fun competitions by Play-Well TEKnology staff.

Children from LEGO Camp join those from the other morning camps each afternoon and on field trip days. Campers are assigned to BEARS (entering grades 2-3) or GRIZZLIES (entering grades 4-5). During the afternoons, staff provide creative, exciting activities and games in a supportive environment. Along with traditional camp arts and crafts, group games, storytelling, singing, swimming and trips to local parks, BEARS & GRIZZLIES will enjoy a field trip each week.

This camp is for students entering grades 2-5 and runs from August 9 - 13, 2010.
