Saint Mary’s High Advanced Theatre Arts class will present its annual series of One Act Plays on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, May 4, 5, and 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium. The students have been preparing for this event all year, writing original short plays, reviewing them with the class, and selecting from them eight plays and one film to perform. The young playwrights will direct their own pieces, and a talk-back with the audience will follow each evening’s performances. This year’s one-act theme is “Broken Beliefs.” The three-night run is open to the community and admission is free. 1294 Albina Avenue, Berkeley.
