Walk for SchoolCARE

Get outside for a great walk in Albany and help education funding for all  school sites in Albany. Join friends and families in dropping a SchoolCARE brochure at every home in Albany.

SchoolCARE is the non-profit organization founded over ten years ago that raises funds for all school sites and all students grades K-12. The funds are distributed to each of the six school sites in Albany. The SchoolCARE brochure helps to educate and reach everyone in the community to raise much needed funds to preserve the jobs, services, and classes our students need.

You can make a difference in school funding this year by walking the streets of our community on the weekend of March 12th or 13th. About 50 volunteers are needed.

If you're one if them, you would pick up brochures and instructions on Friday evening, March 11th and then, at your convenience, walk a specific route and drop the SchoolCARE brochures on doorsteps.

Volunteers for the brochure drop should contact: Susan Ferdun at susanferdun@gmail.com
