For New Moms & Babies
Postnatal yoga is a great way to support the body's recovery after birth. The class will address typical postpartum related discomforts, while stretching and strengthening the body. Class is designed to fit new moms’ needs, in an open and supportive atmosphere. Moms in any postpartum stage and their pre-crawling babies are welcome to this class, and no experience
is necessary.
