FREE Winter Soccer Clinic Offered Wednesdays Starting December 2nd thru January 16th
The ACC Mavericks Soccer Club's Free Youth Winter Clinics will provide a great opportunity for young soccer players to learn new skills.

Who: Soccer players born 2003 through 2007 regardless of club affiliation who are seeking to become competitive players or are currently competitive players
Date/Time: Wednesdays starting December 2 from 5:30 - 7 pm
Where: Gilman North Turf 400 Gilman Street at West Frontage Rd. Berkeley

The ACC Mavericks Soccer Club Free Youth Soccer Winter Clinic Series is a technical training program specifically designed for players born 2003 through 2007 competitive or seeking to become competitive players. The goals of the Clinics is to develop the fundamental skills necessary to become better soccer players by challenging athletes, improving technique and increasing the understanding of the game.
Winter Clinics will feature:
· Juggling and first touch development
· Small-sided games
· Individual skill stations
· Exercises designed to be both fun and educational
These free Clinics are designed by ACC Mavericks’ Technical Director Robert Sackey and supervised by Director of Coaching Danny Mendoza. Robert Sackey holds a class ’A’ coaching license from the United States Soccer Federation and a CAF B license from the Confederation of African Football. He has been coaching and developing soccer programs in the Bay Area for 21 years, has been a CYSA Staff coach for over 10 years, and has attended several international coaching workshops and courses. Danny Mendoza is a former San Jose Earthquakes professional player and has coached youth soccer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the U.S. Danny’s U.S. soccer coaching experience includes eight years as a women’s college coach, eight years as high school coach, and more than a decade of experience as a coach/trainer at the Division 1 youth club level.
ACC Mavericks was established approximately 25 years ago to develop soccer players, provide engaging trainings, clinics by professional coaches as well as offer players the opportunity to play at the highest levels offered in the Northern California, the state and the nation.
