Join the Friends of the Albany Library and guest author, Brian Komei Dempster on Wednesday, October 9 at 7 pm. He and two others, Ruth Ichinaga and Toru Saito, will share stories of the internment of Japanese-Americans during the Second World War. The membership meeting is a place to discover the great activities of Albany Library's amazing group of Friends!
From Our Side of the Fence, Making Home from War & Komei-Dempster's recently published book of poetry, Topaz, will be available for purchase at the meeting.
