A public hearing will be held to allow comments from the public regarding the Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan for Albany Unified School District. The hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Albany Unified School District Board of Trustees on Tuesday September 8, 2020

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD TO ALLOW COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE LEARNING CONTINUITY AND ATTENDANCE PLAN FOR ALBANY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE ALBANY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2020

Consistent with Executive Orders No. N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California and the Alameda County Health Officer’s Shelter in Place Order effective March 17, 2020, Board meetings will be via Zoom for the duration of this health crisis.

TO SUBMIT PUBLIC COMMENT DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING:

1. On Video Conference: Once you are logged into the webinar, click the "Raise Your Hand" button to request to speak when Public Comment is being taken on the Agenda item. You will then be unmuted when it is your turn to make your comment. After the allotted time, you will then be re-muted. Please remember Board practice limits each speaker to no more than three (3) minutes. If there are many speakers, this time may be decreased to allow more to be heard.

2. On Phone: you will be prompted to "Raise Your Hand" by pressing "*9" to request to speak when public comment is being taken on the Agenda item. You will then be unmuted when it is your turn to make your comment. You will be re-muted after the allotted time. Please remember Board practice limits each speaker to no more than three (3) minutes. If there are many speakers, this time may be decreased to allow more to be heard.
