Guy Oei (a Chinese name written the Dutch way) has owned Albany Aquarium for 37 years. He grew up in Holland where the planted, or "Dutch," aquarium originated. Oei said his mission is to create the kind of store he would have liked to find when he was shopping for an aquarium. He helps customers create sustainable ecosystems. "It is the art of the possible."
