Police Respond to Shots Fired in Emeryville Target Parking Lot

Police are describing the victim's vehicle as a gold Honda and the suspects' vehicle as a silver BMW.

Three men fired five to six gunshots in an Emeryville Target parking lot this morning, according to the Emeryville police. Police got the first call of the shots at 10:28 a.m. at 1555 40th Street, police Sgt. K. Goodman said. He said the shooting happened closer to Panera Bread than to Target.

It appears no one was hurt because no one went to a hospital suffering from a bullet wound, Goodman said.

He said two vehicles were involved in the shooting. Police are describing the victim’s vehicle as a gold Honda and the suspects’ vehicle as a silver BMW.

The suspects’ vehicle was last seen going south on Mandela Parkway, Goodman said.
