School Volunteers to Be Honored Thursday

Parents and other community members are an integral part of Albany schools. They answer phones, assist teachers, organize parties and other events, and supervise field trips.

The Albany Unified School District (AUSD) will honor volunteers this Thursday, June 4, at the Volunteer Appreciation in the Park event. It runs from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. at Memorial Park. Light refreshments will be served.

If you’ve volunteered this school year, please attend.
