Open only 3 weeks at 1575 Solano (next to the Bone Room), the Group Therapy (my label) has been around for 20 years. The original shop is in the SF Mission, but there are branches on College Ave in Berkeley as well as Pleasanton and on the Peninsula. An eclectic mix of gifty stuff, clothing, stationery, doodaddery, wall ornaments, and home-hipster tools, plus, to my wife's unending amusement, an inflatable toupee. I guess I know what to expect in place of my normal lump of coal!
