• Studio Ghibli's Oscar-winning masterpiece 'Spirited Away' returns to 10 L.A. movie theaters this October with original Japanese voice stars (secretlosangeles.com) — Fans in Alhambra can catch Spirited Away: Live on Stage at Regal Edwards Alhambra Renaissance on October 1 and 8, with two different actresses playing Chihiro. The filmed Tokyo stage production, part of Studio Ghibli Fest 2026, features elaborate sets, musical numbers, and original film voice star Mari Natsuki, giving locals a rare big-screen look at this acclaimed adaptation.
