A private elementary and middle school in Aliso Viejo will be closed today and Wednesday due to a “potentially threatening” email threat, authorities said.
Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Paul Fuzzard said the exact nature of the threat against St. Mary & All Angels School was not known.
On Monday, the school “received a potentially threatening email that created concern regarding the safety of the school,” sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Hallock said in a statement. Other details were not released.
