I found a small male dog (a Pug) wandering around the street at Mariposa & Highview in Altadena on Sunday afternoon. He seems well cared for and has a black harness, but no tag. We took him to the animal hospital to check for a microchip, but there was none. So we are reaching out in every way we know how.
