County Board Offers Reward in Brandon Jackson Shooting
Sheriff's Department asks for the public's help in tracking down the John Muir High School student's killer

The Board of Supervisors is offering a $10,000 reward for information about the fatal shooting of high school football player Brandon Jackson.
Jackson, a junior at John Muir high school who played fullback and linebacker, when he was walking home from a party February.
The Sheriff’s Department has exhausted its leads and is looking for the public’s help in tracking down Jackson’s killer.

As described in a previous Patch article, Jackson’s aunt Cynthia Brown noted that . She noted that her sister, Brandon's mom, died in 2007, and after having straight A’s in middle school, Brandon started to have trouble in school.
But family and friends said , and had recently significantly improved his grades.
