WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH ART EXHIBITION

Opening on Saturday, March 9th, the Altadena Community Arts Center's Women's History Month Exhibition represents as varied a spectrum of approaches to the subject of art as the cultural heritages of the artists themselves - Mika Cho, Korean; Cecilia Miguez, Uruguayan; Artis Lane and Janice Willis, African American, and Linda Arrelano, Mexican American.  In turn, through the composite of their works, all effect/contribute to a blended difference that reflects the nature of womanhood, itself.   An Artists Reception is schedule from 6pm - 8pm and the public is invited.  The exhibit continues through Friday, March 29th.  For information, call 626-797-5798.
