Incumbent Mann Winner in Pasadena City College Board Race

Though the final vote will not be certified for several weeks and there may still be provisional ballots to count, Mann has won nearly 68 percent of the vote in the race.

Incumbent Jeanette W. Mann triumphed at the polls yesterday against newcomer Brian M. Fuller and held onto her spot on the Pasadena Community College Board of Trustees. Mann won with 67.87 percent of the vote, or 2,503 votes.

Mann will continue to represent East Altadena and the rest of Area 2, which encompasses Sierra Madre, Upper Hasting Ranch, Lower Hasting Ranch, Daisy-Willa, Eaton Blanche, East Eaton Wash, East Orange Grove, Fox Ridge, Sierra Madre Villa, North Pasadena Heights, Highlands, Bungalow Heaven and Brigden Ranch.

All areas of Altadena west of Lake are in a separate district.

The PCC Board race was the only election on the ballot for Altadena voters.

Mann has spent seven terms on the PCC board.

Fuller, a small business owner, received 1,185 votes, or 32.13 percent.
