We are a small local cat rescue group that fosters cats in a few homes. Each of our fosters works full-time to help pay for the food/litter/medical for their foster cats. We raise all funds ourself by having fundraisers, applying for grants, and any way we can as we have many senior cats with medical conditions, which means our vet bills are pretty high. All donations to our group are tax-deductible as we are a 501c3 non-profit organization.
