• Probation on wheels brings snacks, clothes and officers to clients (theaccurrent.com) — A Napa County probation outreach van now comes to American Canyon Library the first Wednesday of every month, making it easier for local probationers to check in and get help. Residents on probation can meet officers, avoid long trips to Napa, and pick up free clothing, blankets, and snacks aimed at supporting stability and reducing repeat jail time. 
• Athlete of the Week: Benicia's Seeley engineering instant offense (fresnobee.com) — American Canyon athletes are making noise in regional high school sports, with sprinter Aalanah Brown winning the 100 meters and advancing to the section meet, and softball standout Kate Sosa powering a big win over Justin-Siena.
