1. Disneyland Shuttle Adds More Anaheim Hotels After Permanent ART Shutdown (mickeyvisit.com) — If you’re staying near Disneyland in Anaheim, new shuttle options are filling the gap left by the permanent shutdown of the ART bus system. The Anaheim Resort Campus Shuttle and Grove District Transit now serve a growing list of nearby hotels with all-day service for a small daily fee, giving locals and visitors clearer, cheaper ways to reach the parks without driving.
   

2. Disneyland reduces size of new parking garage (ocregister.com) — Disneyland is slightly shrinking its new eastside parking garage in Anaheim to seven levels, but adding more EV chargers and a transportation hub with shuttle and rideshare access. The project, part of the $1.9 billion DisneylandForward plan, will shift bus drop-off areas along Harbor Boulevard and prepare for major new attractions and 2028 Olympics crowds.
   

3. Pending sales drop to lowest level in 12 years (realestatenews.com) — Home shoppers in Anaheim are seeing a notable slowdown, with pending home sales down about 15.5% year-over-year as higher mortgage rates cool demand. While overall inventory is inching up nationally, local buyers may gain a bit more negotiating power, and sellers may need to price more realistically to avoid lingering on the market.
   

4. Federal judge allows Israeli-American Pokémon player's bias lawsuit to proceed (jns.org) — A federal judge in California is allowing a discrimination lawsuit by Israeli-American Pokémon player Dov Aloof to move forward, partly over actions taken at a 2025 championship held in Anaheim. Aloof claims he was removed from the Anaheim event and later banned after raising concerns about tournaments in Israel, while the company denies wrongdoing.
