The Sandwich Circle (Support Group for Caregivers)

Caregivers, you do not have to carry everything by yourself The Sandwich Circle is a free monthly support group for family caregivers in Antioch, Pittsburg or neighboring cities.

Come talk, listen, learn, or simply be around people who understand.

They meet every third Saturday from 10:30-11:30 AM at Sycamore Substation.

No monthly commitment. Come when you can.

Light refreshments and Spanish interpretation are available.

Local businesses: We're also looking for community partners willing to donate refreshments for an upcoming session. A small contribution can help us create a welcoming space for caregivers who spend so much of their time caring for everyone else.
