• Mixed-use project to rise at 225 N. 2nd Ave. in Arcadia (urbanize.city) — A major six-story mixed-use complex is coming to 225 N. 2nd Avenue, bringing 130 new apartments, ground-floor shops, and 20 long-term affordable units to central Arcadia near the A Line station. Construction is expected to start in early 2027 and wrap up by late 2028, adding new amenities like a gym, coworking space, and club rooms. 
• Authorities Recover $10M Worth Of Bootleg Nikes, adidas & Fear Of God Merchandise (103weup.com) — Law enforcement recently seized about $10 million in suspected counterfeit Nike, adidas, and Fear of God merchandise from a commercial warehouse in Arcadia after a suspicious shipment led investigators there. No arrests have been made yet, but authorities say the business owner tied to the property remains a person of interest and is still at large.
• SGV football Top 30 rankings: Bishop Amat remains on top; La Serna to No. 3 (sgvtribune.com) — Arcadia High's football team is currently ranked 27th in the San Gabriel Valley Top 30, reflecting a solid 2-1 start in a competitive regional field. The list highlights how other nearby programs are performing, giving Arcadia fans context for upcoming nonleague and playoff races.
