Local fans can also track matchups involving nearby schools like Temple City, San Marino, and Monrovia as league races begin to take shape.
   

• Arcadia-Area Condominium (northmarq.com) — A 24-unit condominium project is moving forward in Arcadia with a $14.8 million construction loan, bringing new ownership housing to one of the San Gabriel Valley's most established communities. Planned for completion in 2027, the four-building complex will offer over 43,000 square feet of condos with convenient access to Arcadia's shopping, dining, and major transportation routes.
   

• Tony nominee Dorian Harewood narrates a musical menagerie at the Arboretum (localnewspasadena.com) — Families in Arcadia can enjoy a free "Carnival of the Animals" concert at Ayres Hall in the Los Angeles County Arboretum on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The event features narration by Tony-nominated performer Dorian Harewood, professional musicians, and kid-friendly classical favorites, with easy parking access through Gate 2 and no garden admission required for the show.
