Golf Cart Parade begins: 1 p.m.
Dinghy Parade begins: 3:30 p.m.
Fireworks begin: 9 p.m.
The festivities feature a golf cart parade, dinghy parade, live music, the USC Marching Band and fireworks over Avalon Bay.
