The 21st annual Veterans Day ceremony honoring all U.S. military personnel will take place at Morgan Park on Sunday at 1 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the Cesar E. Chavez ampitheater and will include a parachute demonstration by the Lake Elsinore-based Golden Stars Sydiving Team.  The event will be hosted by the city of Baldwin Park. Veterans are encouraged to dress in their uniform.
