Former Beaumont City Attorney Joseph Aklufi has Plead Guilty to One Count of the $400 Million Fraud and Embezzlement.

Aklufi 'punishment' is Three Years Probation and 21 Days in Jail, which were already served because Aklufi's Wife refused to bail him after Aklufi was Indicted. No monetary penalty was imposed.

Aklufi lost his License to practice Law in the State of California in December, 2015.

Aklufi's Wife attended the Hearing and acted rather hostile toward Judy and I, as if we were the 'bad guys'. Mrs. Aklufi even moved to another seat when we sat down on the bench next to her.

Judge John Molloy had the letter I sent to Judge Mac Fisher regarding Judge Fisher's Bailiff's violation of State and Federal law by refusing to allow us to view Aklufi's Hearing in May. A copy of the letter was also sent to the D.A., Superior Court, and Riverside County Sheriff, but the D.A. denied seeing the letter.

The Judge directed the D.A. and Alkufi's Lawyer to read the letter. The Judge then read the letter himself and filed it with the Court Records.

Now that the Riverside County D.A. has refused to prosecute Beaumont's Staff and Council for other $360 Million fraud and embezzlement we will appeal to the Federal Attorney General to Indict as $300 Million was embezzled from Federal Municipal Bonds.
