Attention: Banning vote-by-mail voters

If you did not turn your mail-in-ballot over when you voted in Banning you failed to vote yea or nay for measures N, O, and P. This was brought to my attention by an alert mail-in-ballot District 4 voter who did not see the measures on the ballot and confirmed by another District 5 vote-by-mail voter who went to the registrar’s office to recast her vote after realizing she failed to turn over her ballot. Turn over your ballots so you don’t miss your opportunity to vote.
