Banning Chamber Touts Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon Easter Brunch

The Banning Chamber of Commerce is touting the Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon kitchen's Easter Brunch offerings this Sunday.

At the breakfast table there will be a made-to-order omelet & scramble station, cheese blintzes with strawberry peach topping, smoke salmon mousse on toasted bagels, and seasoned fruit salad, according to the chamber.

A carving station will offer roasted rosemary & herb leg of lamb, prime rib of beef au jus with horseradish sauce, and brown sugar baked ham with pineapple rum glaze, according to the chamber.

A salad station will feature baby spinach with wild berries & feta cheese, chef's pesto pasta salad, Caprese salad with balsamic drizzle, assorted cheeses, cream of carrot soup, rolls and butter, according to the chamber.

Specialty entrees include pan seared chicken breasts, spring vegetable medley, green bean almondine, Delmonico potatoes, fish filet ranchero, tortellini & marinara, and vegetable lasagna, according to the chamber.

Easter treats and desserts will be available.

"The Easter Bunny is coming to Tukwet Canyon for Brunch," the chamber advised. "Don't forget your camera!"

Cost for adults is $28.95, $18.95 for children 5-12, and children under 5 are free. Reservations start at 11 a.m. Sunday April 8, according to the chamber.

Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon is at 36211 Champions Drive, Beaumont.
