Banning Opens Up Application Process for New City Manager

The City of Banning would like to announce that the City recruitment process for the City Manager position has been opened. Qualified candidates are invited to apply for the City Manager position by submitting a completed City application accompanied by a resume and a completed supplemental questionnaire. The deadline to apply is Thursday, July 31, 2014, by 5:00 p.m.

The final candidates will be required to successfully pass a thorough reference and background check. The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass a medical and drug screening. The tentative recruitment schedule is as follows:

• Panel Interview:                       August 2014
• Final Interviews:                      September 2014
• Selection of Applicant:             October 2014
