Banning Unified school officials congratulated Wednesday the winners of a recent history day competition.
The event was held on Jan. 22, and the judging and awards ceremony were held at Hoffer Elementary School.
Some of the winners now move on to the Riverside County History Day Fair on March 14 at Arlington High School in Riverside, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
