Beaumont Tanning Business Was Also A Drug Front: Police
A woman at the business was arrested on suspicion of operating or maintaining a drug house, among other things, police said.
BEAUMONT, CA — Two people were arrested this week at a Beaumont business that was also functioning as a drug sales operation, police announced. The two, who were at a tanning salon on Beaumont Avenue, were taken into custody Wednesday afternoon, records show.
Police said they served a search warrant at 2:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Beaumont Avenue and found methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana "with indicia of sales from the business."
Patch has confirmed that the business where the warrant was served was the Electric Beach Tanning Salon.

Authorities arrested 35-year-old Gina Nicole Espinoza of Cherry Valley at the scene. She was booked into the Banning jail on multiple felony charges, including operating or maintaining a drug house, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a pipe, and possession with intent to sell methamphetamine.

Her bail was set at $25,000 and she remained in custody as of Thursday morning, according to jail records.

Also arrested at the scene was 19-year-old Julian Isaiah Moncada of Moreno Valley, police said. He was arrested on an unrelated misdemeanor warrant and has not been tied to the alleged drug operation.
