Beaumont City Council Meeting: What did We Learn?
More Bond Debt for Four Seasons Area 7B - a Development that was Completed a Decade Ago to Prove that Parton is More Devious than Kapanicas.
'Council Approved' fighting the Federal Lawsuit regarding the Police Department's Striping and Videotaping Women and Minor Girls. And just like the TUMF money stolen from the Western Riverside Council of Governments; the City Council will waste Millions of Taxpayers Dollars defending the indefensible.
It was brought out in Public Comment that City Attorney John Pinkney is forged the list of Lawsuits he released two weeks ago at the October 2, 2018 Council Meeting: https://beaumont.civicweb.net/...
Pinkney stated that he didn't lie; the Lawsuit wasn't filed until after the October 2nd Meeting.

#2: Before the Lawsuit was filed in Court a Claim was first filed with the City.
Lies told over and over never come true. They are always nothing more than lies. It's a big problem that Beaumont's City Attorney lies every time he opens his mouth.
2 Conference with Special Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation:
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) & (e)(1)
Special Legal Counsel: Eric S. Vail; Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP - One (1) item
Usually City Attorney Pinkney reads the Closed Session Agenda, but City Manager Todd Parton read this one, which means that it's about Pinkney. This is the 2nd time the Citizens of Beaumont have paid for Pinkney's Illegal Activity.
