Business services items on the agenda include increasing an amendment with Inland Inspections and Consulting for the Beaumont High School athletic complex, and to consider approving an agreement with Superior Construction Services, Inc., for DSA inspection services for the Beaumont High School athletic complex, according to the agenda.
The business services items also include considering acceptance of a $292,487 grant for FY 2011 to help fund the After School Education and Safety Program. The grant is from the California Department of Education, according to the agenda.

The Beaumont City Council, which meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 550 E. 6th St., has a cost-sharing agreement with Beaumont Unified School District for Brookside Avenue improvements listed among action items, according to the council meeting agenda.
A recent blog post by Lloyd White on Banning-Beaumont Patch, "Beaumont City Council, Our Kids Need You," addressed concerns about student safety on Brookside Avenue, and received more than 70 comments as of Monday evening.
A preliminary estimate for the Brookside Avenue improvements is $1.6 million, according to a staff report.
City staff recommend continuing the item "off Calendar until the RDA issues with the State," according to the Tuesday agenda.
