City Manager Todd Parton reported to council that the city has been maintaining areas that are not recorded as easements. It was originally brought up to council in 2014 and again in 2015.

Parton said he is directing Staff to have the areas recorded as easements. Parton told council staff will be talking to the land owners for donations of the properties. The city has been maintaining these areas since 2007. The maintenance includes, city irrigation systems and city watering.

The city clearly does not have a deed or easment recorded for the property. While White claiming a wall that is placed on the area in question is his property, White also claims he does not own the property.
