LOMA LINDA, CA — If you, like most people, have questions about the new coronavirus that has spread across the globe since it began in Wuhan, China last fall, there's good news: an upcoming event at Loma Linda University Health aims to inform the public about the virus and counter misinformation about it.

The free event, “Dispelling Myths: What We Know About the Coronavirus," is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25 at Loma Linda University Health.

University experts and local health officials will discuss what we know about the virus, called COVID-19 by the World Health Organization. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, and learn what they can do to keep prepared and stop the virus from spreading.
