County Seeks to Hire Extra Hands for Upcoming Election
Workers will earn between $90 and $125 for one day's work.

Riverside County Registrar of Voters Rebecca Spencer Monday put out a call for poll workers needed to help the county conduct the Nov. 4 general election.
“No experience is required, and training will be provided,” Spencer said.
Workers will earn between $90 and $125 for one day’s work. The pay rate depends on the type of assignment.

Each worker will need to attend a 2 1/2-hour training seminar before election day, Spencer said. There’s a $20 stipend for attending the class.
According to the registrar, individuals who are proficient in both English and Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese are in big demand.
