Court Date for CVAN to Stop Shopoff Development
Looking Forward to Supervisor Russ Bogh Revoking Zoning Change to Leave Cherry Valley Rural.

The court date for the Gateway (Country Crossing) warehouse is scheduled for December 6, 2018 at 8:00 am in the Riverside Court.
We would like as many as possible to show support. We are considering hiring busses to transport residents to the court house.
If you are interested in bus transportation please e-mail Patsy Reeley at patsydol11@gmail.com. There may be a small fee for this convenience.

There's already been one hearing in which Shopoff 'graciously' offered to change the zoning from warehouse to high density housing, which was always the plan, but CVAN refuses to accept anything less than Cherry Valley's Zoning, which is one house per acre.
Since Russ Bogh is now the County Supervisor representing unincorporated Cherry Valley the Citizens can count on Bogh to revoke the Zoning Change granted to him and his buddy Shopoff, right?

Noooooo - Russ Bogh will be representing his own financial interest, not the well being of his Constituents.
And the 'No Way Gateway' group that consisted of Castaldo, Mehlman, Nancy Carroll, and Lloyd White have stepped to the plate to provide emotional and financial support to stop the zoning change to keep Cherry Valley rural, right?
Noooooo - that was nothing more than scam. 'Team Castaldo' is so dirty that they even begged money from CVAN to print their propaganda.
Beaumont's finest were feigning concern for a warehouse in Cherry Valley to distract from the tens of millions sq. feet of warehouse being thrown together in Beaumont. And of course to help out their buddy Russ Bogh.
