Sierra Club v County of Riverside Hearing Rescheduled

The Sierra Club & CVAN's Lawsuit against Riverside County to Keep Cherry Valley Rural has been rescheduled to February 1, 2019.

The Sierra Club and Cherry Valley Acres & Neighbors' Lawsuit against Riverside County has been rescheduled for 8:30 am on February 1, 2019, in the Riverside County Superior Court, Department 4.

The Lawsuit was filed after the Riverside County Board of Supervisors changed Cherry Valley's Zoning from its One House Per Acre to accommodate Developers Shoppoff Reality Investments, of which Russ Bogh is invested.

Riverside County has more Mello Roos Bond Debt than any other County in the State. The County has allowed unbridled growth without proper CEQA EIRs, adequate roadways, a water supply, or the building of fire stations.
