Deadline for Voters to Register for Nov. 8 General Election is 5 p.m. Monday
The Registrar of Voters office in Riverside, 2724 Gateway Drive, will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 to accept voter registration forms.

Anyone who wants to vote in the Nov. 8 consolidated general election has until 5 p.m. today to register, according to the Riverside County Registrar of Voters.
Voters must register to be eligible. The Nov. 8 ballot includes the race for three seats on the board of trustees.
Registration forms are available at the Registrar of Voters office, 2724 Gateway Drive in Riverside, or online at www.voteinfo.net.

Voter registration forms also are available at libraries, post offices, and city clerk offices throughout Riverside County, according to Registrar of Voters Kari Verjil.

Forms postmarked by the deadline will be honored, Verjil said.
Any U.S. citizen who is at least 18 years of age by Election Day, and not in prison or on parole for a felony, is eligible to register to vote, according to the Registrar of Voters.
