The United States Geological Survey said the quake hit the area around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — A preliminary 3.1-magnitude earthquake rattled San Bernardino County on Saturday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The agency said the quake struck around 12:30 p.m.
The epicenter was located about 3 kilometers — or 1.9 miles — southwest of San Bernardino.
