Discover historic treasures — old photos from the Pass past — with Bill Bell of Banning Public Library District. Bell has been collecting many old photos since his February lecture, which was standing room only. Donations at the door (suggested $5) help Dorothy Ramon Learning Center save and share Southern California's Native American cultures, languages, history, and traditional arts.
