Everyone Hates Bureaucracy, Help Baby Cora Get The Care She Needs

Baby Cora needs surgery to correct a very rare birth defect. Without getting into much detail, Baby Cora needs corrective surgery to repair issues in the front and rear diaper areas.

Some of the organs in the lower area are conjoined and in the wrong places. Also as Baby Cora grows her kidneys are failing due to the other issues.

Time is not being kind to Baby Cora. She is in pain and very uncomfortable. She cannot sit up, or move around.

Baby Cora has insurance from the State of California, and the state has agreed to pay the $150,000 for the procedure. The only hospital that has success in performing the specialized procedure is in Cincinnati. The hospital has agreed to accept Baby Cora.

But here is the issue, California won't pay ahead of time, and the Cincinnati Hospital will no longer accept California IOU's; they have been burned before. In the mean time, sweet little Baby Cora suffers needlessly.

I would like to thank my good buddy and everyone's favorite Banning Council member Art Welch for helping me to introduce Baby Cora and Mom to newly Elected California State Senator Mike Morrell. Sen.Morrell has agreed to look into this matter. Please send Sen. Morrell a message through FaceBook or email thanking him for his concern in trying to resolve this boondoggle. The more of Sen Morrell's constituents thanking and reminding him of the gravity of Baby Cora's plight, the better chance to a quick resolution and a trip to Cincinnatti.

Please check out Baby Cora's Facebook page "Cora's Story". Please help Baby Cora and Mom.
