Fifteen Nabbed in Hemet, San Jacinto Gang Sweep
A special gang task force targeted the known gang members in areas they are known to frequent, police said.

Dozens of law enforcement personnel took to the streets this week to perform a "gang saturation" sweep, and made 15 arrests in the process, officials announced Friday.
The operation was conducted Thursday in the cities of Hemet and San Jacinto and the unincorporated areas of Hemet, according to Sgt. Matt Hess of the Hemet/San Jacinto Gang Task Force.
"Officers conducted high visibility saturation patrol in areas frequented by gang members," Hess said. "Officers also conducted predetermined probation and parole compliance checks targeting documented gang members."
