Friends of the Beaumont Library--Book & Furniture Sale on May 12

Books for $1 a bag or $2 a box and surplus library furniture at reasonable prices

The big Friends of Beaumont Library District Book & Furniture Sale takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, in the library parking lot at 125 E. 8th Street in Beaumont.

This Spring's event is a "Blow-Out Sale" with everything at $1.00 a bag or $2.00 a box. There will also be surplus library chairs, office chairs, children's chairs, tables, computer desks, shelving, and more at reasonable prices. All proceeds will benefit the Library's programs.

Ramona's taco truck will be at the book sale from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. At least 15% of their sales will be donated to the Friends of the Library.

The Friends of the Library is a 501(c)3 charitable organization founded to support Beaumont Library District, which is a California Special District independent of both city and county government. The Library provides services to Beaumont and Cherry Valley and is located at 125 E. Eighth Street in Beaumont.
