Gabe Ewing and Roger Berg Continue to Break The Law

Gabe Ewing and Roger Berg - mouthpieces for Kapanicas, Aklufi and the rest of the Beaumont 7 - repeatedly accuse others of breaking the law but won't ever actually state or quote the law being broken. Well, Gabe and Roger have violated the law and continue to violate the law every time they display photos depicting the location of Mayor White's home or his address or phone number online. He is violating California Government Code 6254.21. Here is the specific language of the law he is violating:

(c) (1) (A) No person, business, or association shall publicly post or publicly display on the Internet the home address or telephone number of any elected or appointed official if that official has, either directly or through an agent designated under paragraph (3), made a written demand of that person, business, or association to not disclose his or her home address or telephone number.

Ewing calls out White in his latest post to:

"White should call the police, I will glady show them the pictures and where they were taken."

Let me see... Kapanicas, Roger Berg and Aklufi repeatedly used Beaumont PD to threaten and silence citizens on a regular basis, just ask Judy Bingham. Now Ewing challenges White to use the BPD to enforce the law that he is now knowingly violating. Wouldn't Ewing and Berg love to be out there claiming the BPD is corrupt and working with the City to silence the public.

Berg & Ewing need to understand that this kind of thing no longer takes place since Berg and the rest of his friends were run out of office/town.

However, this doesn't prevent anyone else from asking the BPD to investigate their violations.
