Inmate Found Dead At County Jail In Riverside
The in-custody death remains under investigation, according to the sheriff's department.

RIVERSIDE, CA — An inmate was discovered unresponsive in his cell and was pronounced dead early Wednesday morning at Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department announced.
The man was found at 4:22 a.m. and was pronounced dead 15 minutes later after sheriff's deputies and Riverside Fire Department crews attempted to revive him, the sheriff's department reported.
The inmate's age, identity, suspected cause of death, and reason for incarceration were not released. However, the sheriff's department reported there were no signs of foul play.
