Man Hit By Van in Beaumont Intersection Dies of Injuries

A young man who was injured when hit by a vehicle in a Beaumont intersection earlier this week has died of his injuries, police confirm to Patch.

The man, whose identity is still not being publicly released, was in his early twenties, according to the Beaumont Police Department.

He was hurt around 7:15 p.m. Monday, at the intersection of Oak Valley Parkway and Beaumont Avenue. He died Thursday at the hospital, three days later.

After the crash, police said the man had sustained “serious head trauma.”

They are still looking for witnesses to come forward to help in the investigation.
