"The attached letters reflect a growing concern that the recirculated DEIR (San Gorgonio) has somehow caused the initial letters of opposition to be compromised. Is there any validity to this?"

Although Perez does not appear to answer Squeaky directly, but County employee Chariss Leach sent a link to Squeaky "that explains the process".

At 11:43 am Marion Ashley chimes in "Let's get this word out to the community."

The 'word' is that yes, all of the past letters of opposition to the first EIR 534 were thrown out - that was the entire point of submitting a new EIR.

At 11:50 Squeaky writes to Perez, Hurtado, Charissa, along with Riverside County Employees Russell Brady and Tiffany North: "Team, in echoing the sentiments of the Supervisor, I am seeking an official correspondence that can be publicly circulated that clarifies the options for citizens, especially for the active citizen groups."

The 'options' are to submit letters of opposition again or let the County change the Zoning.
