The July 24 opening is a first for the city.

According to the company, 100% American beef is ground by the company's own butchers. All patties are produced and delivered fresh throughout the week to the stores and are never frozen. French fries are made from fresh, whole potatoes and are hand diced.

BEAUMONT, CA — Starting Friday, In-N-Out Burger will open in Beaumont — the restaurant's first location in the city.

Located at 1551 E. 2nd Street, the store will begin serving hungry patrons at 10:30 a.m. There will be one drive-thru lane, a covered patio with outdoor seating for 20 guests, and indoor seating for 74 customers, although indoor seating will be unavailable due to coronavirus regulations mandated by the state.

The restaurant will employ approximately 80 In-N-Out Burger associates with a starting wage of $15 per hour. Chelsey Thrasher, who has been a veteran of In-N-Out for 13 years, will manage the new location, the company said.

Known for its simple menu of hamburgers, shakes and fries, In-N-Out has become a West Coast icon. Harry Snyder opened the first store in 1948 in Baldwin Park and his family still owns the company; none of the locations are franchises, according to the company.

Like all In-N-Out locations, the Beaumont store will open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
